We also automatically record limited technical and marketing context with each request to help us respond and understand where leads come from: the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, the referring URL, and advertising campaign identifiers (such as a Google Ads gclid and UTM parameters) when present.

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site traffic and measure ad performance. We keep quote requests and related records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and operational requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
